Fiberglass cleaning?

Hey guys I recently got a new (old) jeep with a fiberglass body. I have no experience with fiberglass. What information can you guys give me about it. What is the best way to clean it, protect it, can it be waxed, does the sun affect it? Any information would be helpful, thanks guys!

I don't really know for sure the fiberglass is primed painted and waxed just like it were steel so you should be able to clean it like a regular car.

You can care for it just like regular paint BUT if you plan on buffing it you have to be especially careful as fiberglass will heat up fast and burn the paint! Flitz is the Bomb when it comes to cleaning fiberglass and aluminum especially on boats and wheels. If you have nice automotive paint on your hood I would just use regular waxes etc. http://www.lucky7trucks.com/_e/Flitz...STE_POLISH.htm
