Pretty sure you don't have a body lift in the front only.
Maybe you are see in the stock grill spacers.??
This is a pic of my stock grill spacers next to the installed JKS spacer that came with my 1.25" body lift.
If they rub at the rear, trim the tub. If they rub at the top of their travel, alter the bump stops. A newer trend than to 'keep getting taller' is just to make the tire holes bigger.
Your raising the center of gravity. Your control arms ( assuming your going to stay with short arms )would be at an extreme angle. 6" is not need to clear 35" tires. A lot on here are doing it with 4" some with even less lift.
Which is more important for stability, LCoG or a good sway bar like an Antirock?
I'll cut to the chase and state that LCoG for the sake of LCoG is an overblown concern when a balanced build will function better and get you further. It takes far more than most believe to flop a Wrangler on its side.
As for antirock, i'm sure it's great, but i don't personally know anyone that runs one in my club, everyone has discos that i've wheeled with. And mine is my DD so i would NEVER make that on-road sacrifice compared to a factory sway.
Then again, i like to hug corners...in a jeep! Love that wide wheelbase and slightly lower CoG on road than my 6" too!
I daily drive mine with an AR and I like to corner as well.
6" is a lot of lift for a Wrangler. That's getting into a tire territory where you really ought to be using full width axles and a stretched wheelbase. Both of which increase stability.
Pull your springs and flex your axle until you get contact. Measure between the bumpcup and bump pad and add a say a 1/2" to be safe.
Be aware that other things might limit flex before the tire , like shocks or tie rod / track bar / diff all trying to live in the same space
