The royalty payments and tribute are gonna be pricey though.

Just a quick note. I thought this hat looked cool, so I ordered one. Placed the order on Saturday, May 10, and the hat arrived today. I used the sizing guide on their website. Fits great and really is a very awesome hat. Seems solidly made and looks nice and feels nice. I was actually surprised at how much I like it.

That's what I thought too! Ball caps are OK in the sun, but they don't help your heck out much, and I wore them enough aboard ship to where I'm not overly fond of them anymore. The price point is such that if you mess one up or lose it your not going to mind as much if you paid a small fortune on an Australian outback hat or a real cowboy hat. Boonies, of course are in the same category as this is as far as cost, but I just thought this was a tad more unique. They also are waiving shipping for Memorial day so the cost is even more attractive.

I just got my real deal. I got it for hunting and fishing, but the wife likes it so much, she wants me to keep it nice to wear when we go out. Guess I get to order another for hunting and fishing.

I got mine in an XL which is a tad big, but is great when it is really hot so I can wear a sweat band (rolled up bandanna) underneath it. Guess I may have to get a large too so I can wear it "tight"! Boonies are good, but let's be honest- on the trails there are a lot of them being worn, how many of these do you see?
