Cleaning roll bar covers?

Any tips on how to clean nasty roll bar covers? I thought the foam and the covers separated but they seem to be attached or have been in there so long they've bonded together. Thought about pulling them loose and washing the covers on gentle but I don't want to destroy them.

Try spraying Simple Green diluted in water and wipe it down. It works for me.

I use simple Green. Get it in a spray bottle and spray on the top. Let it settle for a few minutes then pressure wash it off. All the dirt just comes right off.

I ended up just putting them back on when I scrubbed out the tub and scrubbed then with Dawn with everything else. They came out looking good!
