Champion 7500 winch

Has anyone installed one of these on their tj and if so what modification did you have to do to the universal mounting plate to work around the sway bar? THANKS FOR ANY HELP Bob

I think it will require too much mod to use the universal mounting plate that came with it. May be cheaper to buy one? 39 bucks.

I know a few guys that run them... The universal plate had to be trimmed in the rear to fit around the sway bar mounts and maybe holes drilled for the bumper bolts.... Easy job anyone can do it!

If you are picking this up from Sams Club GET THE EXTENDED WARRENTY!!! You will need it, I have seen a few break and burn out but Sams Club has always replaced theirs...
