Body Lift Question

I'm planning on removing the 2" BL that was on my LJ when I bought it.
I don't like the look and I prefer LCOG.
I've put on a handful of suspension lifts but i've never touched a body lift so I don't know what you have to adjust to get a two inch one installed, and therefore re-adjust if you remove it.
I don't think I will have to change anything but I wanted to sanity check with smart people.
Is there anyway that this could "cause a problem" with something else?

A couple things come to mind. The easier would be the t-case shift linkage will likely need to be re-adjusted.
The trans shifter may have been modified.
The messier part will be the fuel filler hoses from the gas cap to the tank. Those would have had to have been lengthened, and will now need to be shortened or replaced.
I'm sure there's other stuff that will need to be 'un-done'.
I'd go through a set of 2" BL instructions and see what all had to be done to start with:
