Avoid This A-Hole E-bay Seller

[I][Avoid this A-Hole E-bay seller mrs-choco-queen They are in Sussex, NJ. After being high bidder on this auction http://cgi.ebay.c om/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130313646690&viewitem= &sspagename=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT they e-mail me and tell me they sold it to someone else for more money. I had e-mailed them the other day to ask about buying the Meyers/Orville door filler plates on it and they said it had a bid and they couldn't sell those seperate and that I needed to bid on it to be fair. I won the auction and now they claim they sold it for much more...I think it just didn't reach what they wanted for it. First class A-HOLES!!! /I]

another bad apple

I recently (today) had my second bad jeep accessory buying event. I would avoid buying from 4wheelonline. After a month of repeated calls to find out where my supertop (2007 2dr) was, I cancelled the order. only for it to show up three days later. I had already purchased a used top to replace it. Of course they offered to take it back after I pay for shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I paid $808 for it. If anyone wants it I will make them a deal. Still in the box.

there was a thread on pirate about a guy buying a $7,000 motorcycle for $700 because the seller made a typo. It seems that when you go through and hit buy that it is a valid contract that can be upheld in court just fyi.
