I have a trailer I made out of a 4x4 Nissan truck bed. It has shocks on a real trailer axel with electric brakes, I installed an electric fuel pump to tranfer fuel from the trailers stock 17 fuel tank, it uses the same spare tire as my tow rig so it gives me two spare tires which rests under the trailer (truck bed).. At the front area where the frame forms an 'A' I welded a base cover so I can store my chain saw or what ever.
Next to that is the Hi Lift jack mount, 27 gal water tank. A sway control helps keeps it rock steady..
Been using it for years with great results. I used standard utility trailers jacked up in the rear to match the tow rigs hight. But when I found the Nissan trailer for 275. bucks I had to have it..I'll dig up pics later. This thing is easy to tow and can take abuse. I can also attach a light shell for added utility..Hope this helps..

I bought one of these then "ubered" it up some with some a bit of welding some plates with new bolt pattern over the old hubs and added some p205s that I had from my sisters tracker. Its ok, but I'm still looking for a cheap m-416/101
