Add a leaf do or dont?

Bought a 3" rough country off eBay thinking it was full leafs, it's not. So should I send it back or use the add a leaf. I mean this thing does NOT look like it's gonna give me 3" of lift.

I vote try it I've never had an add a leaf not give the 3"

The aal should give the lift. But they are weaker than springs, and west out fast.

Depending on how you use your rig about a year or two Max. Never seen them last longer than 2 years.
