I have a dog, and I have a Jeep.

I wish I could bring mine out in the jeep. Unless it's flat terrain and we're just going for a Sunday drive, they're so NOT cool with it

Meeting at the Denny's off Mollison at 8:00 for breakfast and heading out at 9:00. Hoping to be at the trailhead by 10:00.

Ok sounds good. I can meet at the In Ko Pah exit. If I remember correctly the trail head is right there. Or we can meet at the gas stations.

Glad you made it out today! Had one helluva good time! No breakage that I can see yet, didn't get stuck, made record time through the trails... Yep it was a good day!

I expect to be at the kiosk around 10:00 or so. We'll have some Taco's, Jeep's, and a few other rigs. Here's mine

Here are a few pics from yesterday's run. After a few wrong turns in the beginning we ended up running some really fun stuff.

Just keep an eye out since we have more runs planned. I'd rate this one as a 3+ and it was a bunch of fun since we had so many different types of rigs. My buddy Todd was in Mike's old rig (the one he had before he bought the Savvy test mule), me and 2 other guys had Taco's, Dave was in his TJ, 1 JK, a bone stock Chevy S-10, and a 2500 series Dodge Cummins.

I want to go back out there and do some exploring. There looked to be some harder stuff out there we could have fun with. I still need to get my sliders welded on before hitting that stuff.

That place is awesome - The very back area is called Valley Of The Moon in the rock climbing (the rope kind) community. There are a few walls that you can climb out towards the back, where you can walk across the US/Mexico border. Our border is a couple of pieces of barbed wire lying on the ground. I've seen and talked to border patrol every time I've been out there, I think they get a decent bit of coyote traffic in the area.

I still haven't driven the whole thing, but I got my buddy in an astro van up most of the way The smugglers caves are really neat, but they stink.
