Betsy and I had a nice relaxing day. Good to meet some more folks and put faces to the names. Sorry I didn't have more energy to mingle. Next time I'll be fine tho'. It felt good to have the sunshine on my face all day.
The Jeep ran fine all the way home. It's still making that clicking sound when I let off the gas. I'll put it up on the stands tomorrow when Richie comes over to work on his Jeep, and see if I'm going be installing that 8.8 sooner than I thought.
Thanks Jason for the use of the BBQ, and thanks Sam for giving my Jeep the once over before we hit the road.
And thanks to RacnJason for the free beer.

It was sure nice to see everybody & meet a few new folks.

Me still thinks that my Sebring would have had a fighting chance in the tug of war. Perhaps next time I'll challenge whoever wins the first round.

Rik - glad to hear you made it back home safe.

BTW: Someone accidentally left a pair of chairs that another member was kind enough to pick-up & hold onto till another time. So, if you lost some, chime-in.

I think that was me.... A blue folding couch. Ya, at the end I was more concerned about getting the dog in. No worries to whoever picked it up! I got it as a free desert chair, now someone else has the same!

Glad you all stopped by. We will definitely have to hook up for some rides wether on four wheels, or two.

Ransom huh? I think it might end up dead then! If you can use it, all the better, consider it yours! I got it for free, and have used it for years. It has most definitely seen brighter days, but it still works. Hopefully you can get some good use out of it.

I'll see if I can put it to some use. More than likely I'll forget it at home like my own one. I suppose if anybody has a use for a purple folding couch, come on over and pick it up!

Dang - I got back over there around 4pm and everyone was gone! Only two people left, and they were packing up. This one was a short one - sorry I missed it. Jason - did you get the lights? I dropped them off earlier with the guys.

Glad to have attended.

Hmm, lets just say....we were "short of the necessary supplies".

Kevin & Jim came over (Kevin & his wife came to the M&G) but all the metal supply stores were closed even though their business hours said they'd be open.

We screwed around & stopped by 4WP & ORW in El Cajon, then called it a day & figured we'd come to the M&G.

In the next day or so, I'll be returning to one of the metal supply shops & pick up the supplies & we'll try again soon.
