Regarding the tranny mount, I have a brand new one sitting at my parents house if you wanna go pick it up. It is supposed to fit my AX-5, so I dont know if it will fit whatever you have, but it looks just like the picture you posted. If you don't feel like driving, you can also call 4wp. Thats where I got mine, came with new motor mounts I ordered years ago.
I have to go to Orange County to pick up my college transcripts, so I could swing by and get it, that would be great. How much you want for it? Can they leave it out for me, or should I knock on thier door? Is that the place where you used to live in Anaheim? Where do you live now? Why am I asking so many questions?

Thanks Brett. I may take you up on it if you are available this weekend. I may be going to Mexico on Saturday for the day, but Sunday would work. If I don't go to Mehico, and Saturday would work better, lemme' know. I will know if I'm going by this evening. I'll PM you my cell number.

Wrenching party at Rik's house, AGAIN!

Take a deep breath, take a drink of your favorite beverage, then punch yourself in the face. The rage will go away then.

I'll take a 6 pack of beer for it.

Yes, at the place in Anaheim, call me and we can arrange it.

I moved to Costa Mesa about a block from the OC fairgrounds.

Wrenching party sounds good. I can finish the spray paint driveway art I started. Maybe this time I wont work so hard so I can stay and enjoy a couple beers and a movie.

Edit: oops, just read that the wrenching party is this weekend...I cant make it this weekend.

I'm telling ya, you need to go down to the dealership and get into the GM's face and don't leave until its resolved. You are gonna get nowhere on the phone.

No one in charge of any decsions is in India. Hang up and start again, you are lost in the phone tree.

Call another dealer, far away, tell them you need to complain about a different dealer and get the proper contact info from them.

Not only can no one in India do anything, its also easy for them to get tired of listening to you ***** and simply transfer you, put you on hold or hang up on you.

So where do I buy the tranny mount and exhaust donut, anybody know?

Is it something AutoZone or PepBoys would carry?

Call me. I have hold button on my phone, and you will get the same result. Or, I can put you on hold, three way call you to Jeff, I'll hang up so Jeff can three way call you to Jason, and this could go on forever.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

Thanks. Yeah, AutoZone has it in stock, but Sebastian has one for a six pack.

Sebastian, I'll call you this evening when you are off work to arrange picking that up. Thanks brutha'.
BTW: we do get quite a few comments on your driveway art.

Cool, I'm off work at 3:30. The 6 pack does not have to be today. I'll take it on the next wheeling/camping trip, otherwise my parents will drink them all. Sorry again about the driveway. Maybe I owe you a 6 pack.

If only there was a wooden glen nearby.

In years past whenever I had a reason to ***** out a company I look up the Investor Relations Department. You can always get a real human there and branch out to a manager. Of course in this case they might connect you to Barbara Boxer.
