I love sandblasting. This frame looks practically new! I'm gonna have it finished up tomorrow and hopefully be able to get a coat or 2 of paint on.

Me sandblasting

I did a single pass over the left side and didn't touch the right. A huge difference with minimal effort!

Dan burried in sand. Check out the frame though!

Nah, the bumpers are going to find their way into the trash. I wanted to get as much of the frame done as possible before I ran out of light so I left stuff like that on. Today I am pulling the shock towers, bumpers and any other crap that is attached. I'm hoping to be painting by this afternoon. This new frame really helped move things along quickly.

I don't mind if anyone comes up to use this thing. It just needs to be today because after I clean this mess up this afternoon that's it!

I'm in Fresno for the weekend so check Craigslist and let me know if you need anything from this area. I'm driving my Avalanche so I have a bit of extra room.
Just no greasy engines etc....

First trail in 15 years

So now that I've got my TJ, I'm planning to head out next Saturday to Los Pinos Trail. The last time I was on a trail was 15 years ago in an '89 Trooper going around Anza Borrego and then up to Julian. Having absolutely no real visual on what to expect, is Los Pinos a loop that is easily do-able in a completely stock '99 Sport - no lift, 30" BFG long trail tires? I've seen some posts about Corral Canyon having some difficult areas - this isn't the same trail is it? Sorry for the rookie questions.

Corral Canyon is it's own OHV area near I-8 and the Buckman Springs exit going south a few miles.
