Any problems with wheeling in the Lawrence Welk area? Are they still towing vehicles?

Have not been there for a while but as far as I know it's ok. There were about 4 pages of discussions about this around maybe last november. Go back and look at that for the whole story.

Union-Tribune Article on Proposed Closures

The park systems in this state are the only ones that made the cuts and became actually profitable. He can't close them because the legislature robs the state park funds to pay for other services.
Solutions he should be saying;
Cut the politician's pay instead of the teacher's and school worker's pay (which he recently did cut 5% of their gross pay)
Eliminate the unions from government completly (that alone would probably solve the budget crisis)
Lower taxes to stimulate spending. Oh wait... he's a democrat now. He can't.
Hire more police and fire personel, as well as other emergency service people (they earn money and pay state tax on it. More police=less crime)

I could go on but I'm saving it for when I run for president in 2012.

Will never happen. If they announce the closing of "the department that does nothing and no one cares about" the response will be, "Why was it not closed years ago"

The have to cut the things that most effect the public so the sheep can be stampeded into a tax increase. Remember here in San Diego the first two things they cut out were emptying the trash cans at the beach and the cleaning out of the firepits. Of course note that even though they stopped the service no one was layed off from the city so the "cost savings" was only on paper anyway but it sure made headlines. Next thing you know there were calls for more money so we could continue to enjoy a quality experience at the beach. People sure are dumb.

Jason's Jeep Shop has just received another shipment of parts!

I have:

Fuel cells - 3X
TJ fuel filler (for you YJ guys!) with hoses
TJ Headlamp assemblies
and more!

Pics to come later this morning as I unload the stuff from the truck.

Wish you lived closer. I have 2 55gal drums full of cornmeal (great for sandblasting) sitting in the tack room.

I'll take the TJ fuel filler stuff if it's not already claimed.

I need to move San Diego closer to my house so I can wrench with you guys more often. You guys have all the fun......

BTW Jason....
Here's a pic of that grill and hood from the mail Jeep. They appear to be different that the slots are bigger and less of them, and there's not turn signals. Not sure if that would work........

Not the same grill piece. I'm sure I can get this one repaired though. Thanks anyway!
