The body lift depends on how bad the bolts are. When I did mine, I broke 3 bolts. If no bolts are broken, it would take around 2 hours with a couple people working on it. BTW, I have a set of the radiator brackets you could have...just need to find them.
Do you have the daystar 1" for the middle of the radiator and passenger side block? Ive been missing mine for awhile. If rik doesnt need of course
This is a non-profit event/walk to help raise money to fight parkinsons. its a 5k walk from liberty station in Point Loma this Saturday from 8AM - 12PM. Unfortunetly, my boss has been strucken with Parkinsons a yr or so ago so we're trying to raise funds. i believe last year our team raised ~$5K. Even if you dont want to do the walk, you can still donate just think of all the good karma from doing it! lol

The body lift goes pretty quick if you don't have rust built up, like Sebastian said. I would check the bolts now and see if they have any give or signs of rust. If there is rust start shooting them up with PB Blaster daily. It'll make life easier. Also, make sure and have a couple of high lifts. It makes it easier too.
I would also check the condition of the body where the mounts are installed. In some Jeeps you will find cracks and distortions where the mounts are.

If you are just swapping the complete t-case out it will not be all that bad. If you are planning on re-building it --- that will take some time.
