I actually showed that picture to my buddy who's running 12's in his PSD, and he thinks it had to be a defect. He's got about 200whp, and about 300ft/lbs on my truck, and he does 25psi 4wd launches all the time. His truck also has 80k more miles then mine, and he's never had an issue.

Hey there! There are a bunch of active, reserve and EAS'ed Marines here and a bunch of those other branches too.. Anyway, keep an eye out for get togethers and runs. They happen at any given time!

Count me in for the wrenching party! I'll hold the scheduler at gunpoint to make SURE I get the day off JK
My list is pretty short, and some stuff I'll be chipping away at my buddys house too since he has tools.
Relocate AC controls, and mount CB radio in slot in dash under stereo (Will explain further later)
Tube fenders
Front bumper

That's about it so far. I'll have a set of TJ flares, grey/spraypainted black that anyone can have for $10 once I get my tubes on. I have front, rear, and the little tiny side ones. PM me...

Gotcha down.

So far attending:
1. RikRotorhead (of course)=House
2. JBolty=RV camping
3. 98TJGuy=not camping
4. ankyle62
5. Sebastian=camping?
6. AyalaLJ=not camping
7. 92 Green YJ
8. Poobah

Make a list of mods/repairs you intend to do. Make sure you have all the parts you need. Bring any tools you need if posssible, especially hand tools.
FYI the ranch is in Murrieta near Old Town Murrieta....
The weekend wrenching party will be from Saturday May 9th early morning until Sunday May 10th until the mods are done.
There will be overnight camping space for RV's and tents. I need to know how many and what you intend to stay in, or whether or not you are spending the night.
On Saturday for dinner Jeff (JBolty) has been volunteered to use his cooker for making some sort of meat product for us to consume. If you plan to stay for dinner, bring a main dish, a side dish, snack food, or desert for the pot luck. Please chime in at some point to tell what you are bringing. You may be asked to pitch in a few bucks if need be for food provided.
There are several fast food and regular restaraunts nearby. The ranch is in a rural area, so it's a bit more than walking distance.
We will have a bonfire on Saturday night also. Consumption of beverage will take place. Please be cool about it. 'Nuf said.

This is all in the preliminary planning stages for now. More later. Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
Open for input from all.

I live about 15 min away, so I won't need to spend the night. I'm down to bring some meat products (Burgers, brats, etc) to grill up.
What have you got in the way of welding/fab tools? I don't have any, but most of the real fab work will probably be done at my buddys and I'll be assembling/bolting at your place.
Thanks for hosting bud!

I have an arc welder. Not sure of the size, but I'll check.

Allright! Party at Rik's!

I'll be there, not sure if I'll be spending the night... depends on how much I drink.

I can bring booze and fajitas. Both of those seemed to go over well on the last trip.

As far as mods, my list changes every day. I probably wont have anything big, I'll be available to help anyone who dares to let me touch their ride. What I really want to do is take a Sawzall to Rik's YJ (for the TJ flares) and see the look on his face.

I trust you to wrench on my Jeep, but come at it with a sawzall? I may need to be restrained or go on a beer run or something.
The thought of somebody cutting on that perfect body is like thinking of Jessica Alba getting plastic surgery. Why?

Glad you are going to make it Sebastian. Bring your tent just in case. We could use your expertise both days.
