Your 33's are pretty stinking new. You might even be able to straight trade someone looking to downsize. Post them up on craigslist. I wouldn't be surprised if you got a bite or 2.

Even though I'm going to grab to those 35's, I'm still looking to downsize to 33's later, so maybe a trade or??

And if you do get new tires...

The X-Terrains are great on rocks and loose dirt, not so much in sand but livable if you air down a lot, in mud they're so-so, in snow - they completely and totally suck big time, you put your life in nature's hand in snow with X-Terrains. I aged ten years on the edge of a 7,000' mountain in Arizona with them.

If I was going to buy new I would likely go with MTR's or something similar and not go X-Terrains again. If they made the same tires Jason has in 33's and in a close price range to what he paid I would go after them in a hot second

What are the symptoms of the suspension??
so far jeeb is in front of the line for them and has the ability to get on base to pick them up, which makes things easy.

i drove from san diego back to ventura and back this weekend and i have a few new clicks and clunks. i really just need someone to show me what stuff i need to torque every so often and what stuff to look out for.

when down sizing to 33's do i need to get an alignment done(if so where)?
i went with the firestone destination at's, cheap(145 a tire) and looked good enough for what i need.

We can take a look at the suspension at a repair party. Its starting to sound like one is in order. Everyone seems to be broken.
