Well my Jeep will be ready soon and it should be cool enough in the next few months to head out there again.

As long as it doesn't fall on a Sunday I am game. Honestly, I would rather go out on a Saturday either way. Gives a day of possibly needed recovery before the week starts.

Glad to hear that you are getting the Jeep put back together. Let me know the break-in date....

Does anyone know where I can get either a single cylinder head bolt or a set? I've tried the usual suspects; Kragen, Autozone, JC Whitney, Napa, Summit, etc with no luck. Is this something a machine shop would just have on hand?

I must not have

I'm trying to remember what other stuff I'm going to need to get this going. I know that I am going to start putting it together and have to order some random part that is going to take a month to get in.

gaskets, locktite, oil, nuts and bolts, torque wrench. that's about it unless something was broken.

The only thing that broke was that single head bolt. I need some locktite, but I have everything else that I can think of. If Murphey didn't hate me so much I wouldn't be so concerned but since something can go wrong, it will. I just hope its some cheap part I can go grab from Kragen.

head bolt is easy from the JY. Otherwise it's just belts and hoses. Radiator?

Timing chain and tensioner? I would probably just use the existing chain though.

Hey I just registered on Scuff where you have the Stump StvDiego section on. That's pretty good, have you been stumped yet? I was trying to come up with a tough one for you but I couldn't think of one.

Come on Jerry, you can do it. Since they put that section up, Steve's head got so big he can't fit in his Jeep without taking the top down.
