I went and picked up my seats. $20 each from a 2004 2 door Cavalier.
I read the entire seat swap thread and did not see any posts of somebody mounting them in a pre '93 YJ. (the year they changed the seat brackets)
The fun begins. The brackets look damn similar according to the tape measure.

Looks like the same seats I have. If your brackets are the same as mind you need a drill, some 1" long 3/8 bolts and four pieces of 4"x4" 1/4" plate.

I got one done and in. Only needed to drill three holes in the base of the seat and use some 1 1/2" X 3/8" bolts and nuts.
This is with it installed and all the way back on the slider, reclined two notches. Comfy seats for sure.....

Looks great Rik. You're gonna need those comfy seats for some road trips this year. Don't know what Chris is gonna do though

There's a few web sites where you can buy those, and a few more that show how to do it. Cool video.

Check out Bob Kramer's fine wares. That 800 is a pittance.

I'm thinking the seats will be the last of your concerns after 3 hours on the road!
