The ATF agents themselves are just following orders. You have to look up hill for blame.
They still took an oath to defend the constitution. Even the UCMJ says unlawful orders are not to be followed.

Tacos sound like an amazing idea

No argument from me. But think of the ATF agent who was told the reason for the search and seizure. His higher ups justified it. They spent many years in law enforcement training, decided on a career in ATF, did all the extra schooling and training, qualified, and then if they don't do what the higher ups say, they lose their jobs. Then try to find a job in law enforcement after being fired for insubordination/defying a direct order.
I am not saing it's right, I'm just pointing out that the ATF agents are just part of the machine, not the power source.
People should never have a dealing with any weapons company that keeps records of anything. But that's just my opinion.

I guess the deal with the record keeping was just for online orders. And the record keeping is federally mandated for any shipping order for 7 years. So they were just doing what they're supposed to. When I bought my lower there on Monday, they just took my cash and didn't ask my name or address or anything.

I do have to agree about the following orders thing. I have been in that position before myself.

Oh and side note, I made tacos tonight. So good.

I loves me some tacos. We went to Rubio's. I haven't been there for a long time. Their menu has changed a lot, and their beans are totally different.
The Mango Habanero Fish Tacos were great, but the rest left a lot to be desired.

So far, El Gordito has the best tacos and burritos in this area.

I was told by my wife the next morning that my standing record was 6 on my birthday last July. It felt like six lol. There's no fruit juice added, just four different types of rum, orgreat, shaved ice and fruit. One Helluva cocktail. Possibly flammable

anyways, i'm going to weld and gusset my passenger side upper link back on to my axle tonight. If anyone wants to come over and drink a beer and watch me work, they're more then welcome. Might try to hit up Thorn St. brewery after.

The befel ist befel defense didn't work for Nazi's so why should it work for ATF agents Rick? Breaking the law and taking a crap on American citizens rights by law enforcement personnel is plain wrong.

Well I went to a salvage yard today to get a new knuckle for the Dodge. The one they had that they thought was right was the right knuckle, it was just for the wrong side. Owner was super nice though and called around to another heard and found me one. Then he sent one of his guys over to pick it up for me. While I was waiting he was pulling some other parts from the shelves and I just asked randomly if he happened to have a Dana 300 floating around. To my amazement he said yes! Takes me back thru the shelves and sure enough, there are two of them sitting there. One had a slightly busted housing but the other Forman 83 CJ looked good. It turned freely and the shifter works smooth. So I wound up grabbing it for 150 bucks. Guess I have the first piece I need for my crawl box doubler set up. Score!
