Got my new top in the other day, and put on the windows today. Oh man, so much nicer than my rampage top. I love the sunrider feature of it already too!

Does anybody want to help me out with diagnosing the death wobble on the ZJ? I've checked everything underneath the front end already, everything seems to be nice and tight, no loose nuts/bolts, track bar is solid, tie rod is about the only thing that feels a bit loose (relatively easy to rotate it) but both joints on each end don't have play in them. The steering stabilizer is also leaking like a siv indicating it's life is well over, but that alone wouldn't cause it, would it?

An alignment is the last thing I have to do, but I feel like it won't solve it, the thing tracks straight as an arrow too....

Thought you said it was the ball joints? None of the holes are wallowed out? Maybe your tires are out of balance?

Ball joints feel pretty solid to me, but I'd like someone with more experience on what to look for to help out, since this is my first DW experience...

Tires are balanced.

Touched down in Tampa last night. Record breaking lows here today in decades. Meant to warm up in a day then off for a swamp tour, air boating, Disney world etc...Woohoo
