Kevin, what he said. The XJ boxes and three bolts, I believe yours has four. Just tap and port your existing box and upgrade your pump. I can help you if you get lost, it's really easy. Purchase a rebuild kit while you're at it, they're only 40 bucks or so. I have a spare XJ box sitting on the shelf if you need a spare while tapping or need a reference. Also, the mounting of the ram is very easy. I'm right down the road from you...lmk

For what it's worth, I believe the wj pump its bolt in upgrade with same volume as PSC but you have to tap one home slightly larger and plug another. Something about it going to a hydraulic fan I think? Do some research on that. I think it's the 4.7. I have a link saved on my computer somewhere I can look up if need be

cool. Reason Im looking at another box is because my sector shaft is getting a little sloppy. Ideally I do want hydro assist. My front ARB binds my steering when I need to get through stuff sometimes and it's a nuesance. I appreciate any help/info.

I need hydro-assist. After the last couple of runs I've realized that I can't stand having my steering bind up w/my ARB on. To do it right is PSC and blaines bracket kit and accessories for the Currie setup. All and all its about 2 grand. I wish I was into stamp collecting instead of jeeping. I'd be retired by now.

I have seen a number of his set ups. All of them work real well.

He has spent countless hours testing and developing many items with several applications.

2 grand or 12 grand is a lil bit different. You'll love hydro assist.

Got quite the want list do ya. Almost cheaper to buy another one that's close to what you want already built up. Every so often they have some good deals posted on Pirate

you mean like this? http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=218...=jeep&ad_cid=4 agree but I've got to much sentimental into this thing. An AWESOME place to get rigs is ksl.com in the classifieds. Its a salt lake city utah thing.. They even have a rockcrawler section. http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=231...7&category=100 .. As for me, its baby steps.

You can do it right for WELL under 2k..... I think it cost me somewhere around 100-150 to do mine including the ram, all fittings, lines and a rebuild kit for the box. Works great, all day long. One of the best/favorite mods I've done so far

All depends where you source your parts, and how creative you are. Seems like you are not one of the bolt on crowd
