I thought about running 1.25 or 1.5 for the side bars but I couldn't get as tight and radius for the corner markers. If a shopping cart happens to take em out I'll bump em up to .25" thick cold rolled. That ought to fend off them carts!

Bummer about your bumper.... see what happens when you visit a Costco on a weekend!

yeah the bigger tube would just give it a beefier look. for that mall crawler look.

its alright, it was worth it costco has some pretty awesome ice cream.

its what i get for running the bumper into a rock several times trying to drag it up. i'll get some new brackets and bend everything back and make it stronger when the winch goes on.

oh Sam what are you planning on doing for a radiator skid?

I know. 50-60 hr/weeks are killing me, plus I am getting sick now? Loosing my voice, sinuses. It all just hits me hard at once. LOL.

My friend is selling his XJ. Locked f/r with a rebuilt motor with about 20k I think on it. He should buy it after he gets rid of the grand cherocar.

If he keeps the Cherokar, he may do a mild build iirc. Otherwise its going to get stripped and motor put into the YJ. Rest gets sold.
