oh man,i REALLY like that camo wrap!!! that's awesome
In other news, I'm going to look at a 77 CJ7 this weekend for a possible trade on the cherocar. 35s, 304, auto, D300 410s etc The axles kind of suck but whatever, they won't be under it for long. New corner guards, bikini top, tube fenders and some bumpers in a box i guess. Dude says it runs great. leaks a little transmission fluid (so does/did mine) and needs a new transfer case linkage, but runs great other then that. we'll see. Looking at it tomorrow. first thing would be a new cage if i pull the trigger. that roll bar is no bueno. lol
Do they use an alignment machine?
Where are the located (street)?
What did they charge you?
I am looking to get a four wheel alignment.
Ive had a dealer use a laser alignment machine once and paid like 150.00 for it. It's awesome if you have a stock vehicle because they put everything to stock but when you have a heavily modified vehicle it doesnt work to well. It's still aligned but IMO its overkill with the lasers.
This place gets it on a rack and lifts it up. Didnt see what calibration equipment they use and wouldnt be surprised if they just use old school stuff but they get it dead on. Go into their shop and they have jeeping posters and offroad stuff all over. One of the guys is a jeeper himself. I'll post up more info after I get it done next Wed.
If @ 1st you don't succeed, grind it, hammer it, weld it, drink a beer and try again.
