I recently picked up a 2x magnifying lens for my welding helmet. Why did I wait so long to get this jewel?

BTW: I usually use my Speedglas helmet & the new mag lens fits perfectly inside with no modifications at all.

I like the leathers and bare legs lol those skinny legs will weld burn and BB's on them aren't fun either lol. Need to try those magnifying lenses at 8 bucks it's worth a try. Would be nice to see where the hell I am welding, instead of doing it by braille

I've been welding with an HF hood, any chance I get to use joes fancy shmancy one is a treat.

Figured out my Firestik Fire Ring was grounding onto my antenna mount. Hit up the mount with some paint, finally resorted to just putting some electrical tape down. No more grounding issues, seemed to have my SWR pretty even under 2.
