yea, but that's a lot of work and the battery is crapped out anyways though. lol its only when i have the doors off when i do it
I would 2nd the LED lights, then you wont end up killing your new battery. The amount of energy they use is significantly less then stock. Stock bulb uses 12 volts and .97 amps, which would calculate to 11.64 watts/hour. A LED for that same bulb would use 12 volts, .35 amps and would use 4.1 watts/hour.
All that really relates to is that you could leave a LED on almost 3 times as long as a typical stock bulb without killing your battery.

And that PAC TR-7 module is a piece of cake to hook up. It will shut the lights off after a timed period you set it for. To make the light work again you just turn the switch off and then on again and it stays on for the timed period again. Hookup is really simple.

Oh, I know...and its not that its not a breeze to wire, I just have a million other things to do that are of muggy higher priority right now then wiring up a timer and an LED dime light :-( like mounting my new winch and works controller, welding in frame stiffeners and sliders, limiting straps and a few other odds and ends. LOL
Hopefully I can find time tomorrow to install the ZJ booster/master combo I got from Ari yesterday...thanks again for that dude! Life saver.. :-)
