No regear, factory 4:10 for now but the V8 has no issues turning them. I would only want it lower for crawling. Welding the front axle since it is only temporary til I find something better. I will lock the rear eventually It has a two year old with less then 5k miles limited slip that is still tight so I'll let that wear a bit before I get a new carrier.

As for the wheel base I haven't measured lately but I stretched the front 4-1/2" and the rear 2".

Here is a pic of her at the end of the day today.

Coming along very nicely, when you weld the spiders in the front you are going to enjoy steering the beast. Still it will get you down some trails for the time being, 3 point turns and all

I am sure it will big tires and a permanently locked front end doesn't make for front steering. You do know that a locker is easily switched from one axle to the other right? If and when you need help swapping gears let me know. Will gladly give you a hand

After the trip last night, it looks like ill be needing a new front axle. Anyone have a Dana 44 lying around. Haha.
