Ill run it for a couple of weeks with the current aluminum radiator to get it on the road for now, cant wait to test that tranny out!!
Blaine do you install the parking cable in the steering column when you swap in the bezel cables for the tranny? another question did you have any issues with leaking oil in between the 32rh tranny and the 241TC on Mike's TJ (krughzn)?

I haven't taken a manual column with the push to release key button apart far enough to find out if you can even put the brake release cable in there.
No, no oil leak between the two, but I installed the seal extension from Tera before we put the t-case in.

Sure, no problem and almost free. I only need the pan and the brass or steel sensor bung. I can permanently attach either to the pan with an application of high intensity localized thermal power to an appropriate filler material.

So, kind of bummer today. Went out to drive the jeep after it sitting in the garage for a couple of days and there were two cracks in the front windshield, about 2-3 inches down on each side of the windshield and about 5-6 inches long. WTH. How hard is it to replace the front winshield? Where's the best value to buy the windshield.

Make sure the NSS works or you can get in a fair bit of trouble.
Yes, you will need that if you are using the 241 or the 231 from your manual transmission.

Thanks so much for all those helpful tips Blaine
Hopefully in a couple of months ill take my TJ over to your place so you can outboard front/rear socks and relocated the rear spring. But first I want to install some highline fenders up front. and swap in a HP30 that I have at my buddies house.
what do you mean by NSS?

Neutral Safety Switch?

Neutral Safety Switch. On the last AW-4 swap, I was going to leave it undone with the owner's permission. Then I was doing some testing sitting in the driver's seat with both feet hanging out the door and it was in gear not neutral or park.
The battery was a bit low, so when I started it, the computer kicked it into high idle to charge the battery. I almost ran over some important bits in the driveway before I could swing my foot in and get it on the brake after popping it into neutral.
Hook up the NSS and make sure it works.
No worries on the outboarding. Just bring Steve with you. I'm particularly fond of his, "We'll do everything but the welding" method of getting this done.
