I've got a motion graphics final project for class that I need to get footage for. So I"ll be bringing a cam and I'm down to be there fri (big surprise huh Jeff?) I can't forget to check my ebrake and tighten it and tighten up a few othe things. See you fri

Ok... done deal....

Matt, if anyone thats not on the boards wants to do it again... let them know we are going....

I say anytime after 5:00 pm Friday night if you are going to my house.

And Saturday same time sounds good to me... 8 am...

And Chef... sometime soon might be a good time to buy those quick disconnects... who ever heard of a 6" lift without disconnects?

Will do, but I know a few are out on the Nimitz right now, so we'll see. After 5 is good for me too. And I agree get some QD's....just don't get yourself into trouble like me

Just got my spare (and the second one is on it's way) and I will also have my shock fixed by the weekend too! wow my rig is starting to come together. And hopefully I'll have QD's by fri too.

Notice that its still light when these pictures where taken...

hmmm... and he was that happy already...

And my money is on, he gets his lift installed and his lights are still hanging down like that...

I JBWelded them in place yesterday thank you very much......so yes, they will still be hanging first time they hit anything

Sorry to interupt the thread here, but i was wondering..

Since im probaly not going to be TDS the first weekend of march, even though i have the first weekend of march off from work, i want to go somewhere local where i can offroad, and camp. Anyone know of any?

Corral Canyon has some good wheeling, local, two campgrounds,
you need an adventure pass that you can get at sports chalet or the ranger station. Pretty empty up there this time of the year but was fun a couple of weeks ago..


Directions to Corral Canyon OHV Park:

From El Cajon (I8 and Hwy 67)

Go east on I8 about 30 miles to Buckman Springs Road (Exit 51). Go south on Buckman Springs Road about 3.25 miles. You will pass Mountain Empire High School on your left and a Forest Service facility on your right. Shortly after passing the Forest Service facility there will be a right turn with signs for Corral Canyon OHV area. Take the right (Morena Stokes Valley Rd.) and proceed past the military base. Continue a couple of miles up the mountain toward the fire lookout tower. As you reach a saddle of the mountain you will see the 4 Corners Parking area of Corral Canyon OHV Park.

I checked out corral canyon on google maps. Looks pretty aweesome. Pretty close to the border, have to bring a knife with me or somethin.
