Ocitilla sounds like a long day and costs money that i don't have. It is probably really fun tho. Once I lift my jeep I will be up for it. I just dont want to head out there and only be able to do the little bunny runs

Don't burn my house down yet i'm in the middle of a movie.

The sad part is it's true.

On the way home today I noticed the battery gauge drop down to nothing and the check gauge light come one. As Im pulling up to my house everything dies and when I try to start I just hear a rapid clicking. Any ideas what it would be? Someone on the XJ forum said it was mud clogging the alt so it wouldnt charge the battery. If thats what the problem is...how do I fix it?

Also Matt can you send me that pic of my XJ on the rock?

Enjoy it now while the weather is still relatively cool. It's only going to get hotter as the spring and summer arrive.

It's not something I'd do every weekend that's for sure, its a long drive. Met a lot of nice folks out there, didn't need a lifted jeep either.

Eric, get your ride fixed first. The rest is gravy. What's up with your transmission? Shifting issues due to the lift mod?

My money on Erics shifting problem is the boot needs to be reset...

You know Eric... the thingie over your shifter and connects to the floor?

Just take all the screws out and drive it... if it doesn't pop out... then put it back on and make sure it doesn't interfere with shifting...
