If You haven't seen the last issue of JP Magazine go check it out.
It features the 10 most common failures of the CJ, YJ, TJ, XJ and JK.
Most of the ones they listed for the YJ, I have already discovered on my own.
It may help you decide

No, but I have a nice set of PRP Low Back Competition seats I'm selling

And answered

Mine is the same. I mounted the antenna on the carrier itself and I have my backup light mounted on the latch.

I found it was a lot easier to take the rear door off, set the inner supports in the tub, set them under the roll bar and clamp them in place, and then drill the holes from the inside of the tub right through the holes in the reinforcing plates. Then bolt the plates in and drill the rest of the holes, I had to redrill a couple but after a gazillion holes in the tub whats a another gonna do

I have a set of 4, weld-on style D rings.

These are 19,000# 5/8" hardened D-rings with mounts.

These are NOT cheap overseas junk.

got it...and have had to fix most EVERY issue already they speak about with the JK. lol as soon as you start lifting that thing a million "little things" pop up that are rig specific.

I think I'll head over to ORW this afternoon then. I'm also going to the 4WheelParts in San Marcos this weekend, but I don't remember them having seats.

Got my winch plate in today!! Hopefully i can find some time to put it on this weekend. Less than $400 total for a brand new MM 9.5K with a winch plate. I'm going to try and put the solenoids by the air box for a cleaner look. I gotta do some dyno tuning on a mustang tonight and finish it up tomorrow morning. Party at 2pm, but hopefully i can put it on on sat night. Sunday is booked with easter stuff.

We need to schedule an 8.8 install GTG for fairly soon.
I am pretty much ready except for a few minor little parts.
Who else has all the stuff to do the install?

I got to play in the garage again this afternoon while making a tow style bumper. I'm not finished yet, but should be by tomorrow.

Should say; "Made in San Diego, CA. USA"

Maybe I'll plasma my initials into this one.

Looking good Joe Found my tow hooks this morning!
Cant wait. Initials would be cool. I have them initialed in my stainless bumper on my Kenworth, with amber lighting behind it. Looks great at night...as well as the other 82 chicken lights on the cab.

Thanks again Joe, and it was a real pleasure meeting you

Cheers, Kiwi
