When I left for the ship this morning it was 9*F outside, and that's not counting the wind chill.

I haven't seen a day over 35* in about 2 weeks.

Well....I've got 10 more days in this freezer, but who's counting?

LOL i think im gonna be in my rental for about a month too. gonna turn it in for something else once i get my burn thru all the gas i bought.

I've been in Everett, WA since Nov 8th working aboard a ship. We've been out at sea for some of it - and I go underway again next week for ~3 days.

All I can say is; I've spent a year up here so far this month.

We don't actually go out but we do talk about it a lot. Usually we get together on weekends to eat, drink beer, eat, talk about Jeeps, sometimes fix things on them.

Funny you should ask tho, last night, while eating and drinking beer downtown at Wolffy's Place on Market St we decided, depending on the weather Saturday, that we may run out to Borrego Saturday and take a look at the changes from the rain.

I live downtown by Petco Park, we were noticing last night there's a whole lot more Jeeps downtown than there used to be.

Good to have ya around, join us for another eating session downtown, maybe we'll manage to get the Jeeps out one day

Besides us check out JustRuns. A group that is officially not a club, just a lot of people that try to get out off-roading every weekend.

We used to go out as a group a lot but we fell into a cycle of mods and repairs that never seems to end. That is changing this week.

Last year I don't think we went on one of the "sanctioned" runs but there is plenty of fun to be had at every level of trail either way.

It will be cold so a big group with a big fire is the way to go.
