Tryptophan.

(Though Wikipedia suggests that turkey doesn't have higher levels of it than many many other common foods...it is the carbs that are putting us to sleep).

My world is all about Nyquil and Dayquil right now.

Actually I feel reasonably ok with no real stuffiness or headache but without the meds I get a hacking cough about three times an hour. Good times.

Hope you're feeling better.

Wife and I drove to Gardnerville, Nevada. Snowed on Friday.
The highway was solid ice (395) from Carson City Valley to Bishop, CA

LOL!! nah, its for my GF. she's got a YJ...but has half doors. she never takes the windows out (not even during winter) so its pointless...and after the "rain" we got i finally convinced her on half door. i'm sick of driving the bloody thing not being able to see out the windows.

OK..... I'm back on line. My hard drive got the worst virus I've ever seen. It ate all the admin information, then deleted all the folders in the C:drive. Wiped it clean in a matter of minutes. My virus software didn't catch it and it deleted the virus software folder too. It wiped out half the windows files and it left the guest user area alone completely. Go figure. The guest area was limited access.
Back up your files NOW! Microsoft claims this is the worst virus yet. Make sure you do your security updates.
I changed my virus software to one that claims to be better. CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2009.
It didn't even want me to log on to JF!

Anyway.... What did I miss?

Betcha' wish your girlfriend was as dirty as my Jeep!
Zombies hate fast food.
Hang on! This is gunna' be a thrill ride of geriatric proportion!
