Any particular reason to go with a brand name SYE vs going with a no name one? Anyone know whether or not these things are just mass produced with a different sticker attached? On one side you have the ProComp, AA, etc that list near or more $300 while on the opposite you have the Omix-Ida or Crown listing closer to $150-200.

Since we are fast approaching actually going to the desert we need to be collecting firewood. I have enough logs for 1-2 trips. Keep your eyes peeled by the side of the road for tree cuttings.

Anybody have a spare car? My friend's dad, who lives in Boston, is coming out to San Diego for a few months and is looking to rent or maybe buy a cheap set of wheels to use while he's here. Nothing special, as long as it is reasonably dependable.

I have about 9-10 cords of eucalyptus that I cut off the trees back in November last year. I don't know how long it takes for it to dry out, but it burns pretty hot.

They said it couldn't be done, but I did it.

Swapped out my transmission pan gasket tonight and refilled the trans.

The old gasket had a couple of obvious places where it was not sealing around some bolts, so I hope it's all good now.

I turned the pan upside down on my table saw and it seems flat.

Dang Jeff! Getting all the projects wrapped up!

I am gonna need to call in every favor I may have, might have had or may ever have in the future to help with the installation of my lift. I have the lift, RE DS and Teraflex SYE that I am going to need a hand with. I'll probably start pulling junk apart on Thursday and really get on it this weekend.

You realize that this is more than simple pizza and beer

OK, well maybe pizza and beer is good enough, but it better be good beer
