You will be banished to back of the line behind the lowered civic with the coffee can under the rear bolt-on unpainted plastic skirt and matching unpainted wing screwed to the trunk

So I took the plunge today and went to HF and bought the wire feed mig welder. The one I got was regular $149.99, but this weekend it's on sale for $79.99, plus I had an email for 20% off. So I bought the two year replacement warranty for it for $19.00 and a new auto-darkening helmet. I opted for the one without the flames.
I bought some .035 wire and .030 wire for it. That was on sale too.
Now I can do some of the small projects around here with just plugging into a standard outlet, and I still have the 230 amp stick welder for the bigger stuff.

If anyone goes to HF this week here in San Diego get me a set of these. I need them for the trailer I am building some day.

I also need some hinges, so I can do a CJ tailgate conversion. Maybe some off the back of a little pickup or from a heavy duty truck tool body.

And a couple of 4.10 geared explorer axles.

I'm about to find out. I'm working on a child safety gate on my back veranda. I need to weld hinges on it and a stopper flange. It's just thin wrought iron fencing stuff.
I've never used a wire feed before. Should make for some interesting puttles of metal.

Pulled the trigger on the lift. Bought a Rubicon Express 4.5" superflex w/full leaf packs. Should be here Monday morning. Still on the prowl for a screaming tire deal. Gonna be busy next week!

There's an un-opened set in the camper if you need them

You up for a desert trip next weekend? Me, Todd (black YJ), and a couple other guys are meeting up in the desert next weekend. I'll probably camp out on Saturday night and wheel Saturday and Sunday. Let me know if you're interested. Been doing too many honeydo's and I need to get out.

Swap meet was okay. Nothing spectacular but I can see it picking up steam as the word spreads over time. No 33s but plenty of 35s if you're looking.
