Inside to the right are bins full of pre-cut steel in various sizes. all sold by the pound. Go straight back thru the large door and turn left for the rems.

In the center of the store are pre cut and pre drilled shapes, circles, etc. They also have pre made tabs and mounts displayed on a board by the door.

I installed my 2.5" coil lift kit last Friday. And I picked up some Rubicon wheels and tires to replace my small 16s.

Thanks for the lead guys, I just got back and do they have some steel!! Prices didn't seem out of whack either, in fact it seemed like they might even be a little less pricey than the steel yard in Escondido I've been using for years.

Nice find and just up the street from my office, thanks. Now let's see if I can manage to not wreck all the steel I bought today while trying to fix my rear shock mount problem.

Here's an intertaining thread.

Who's been banned from JKForum.com

I'll bet they don't chat about football games, snorkeling, pick your part half price day, and wrenching parties over there.

JK owners.... j/k

So Richie came over yesterday. We worked on the front fenders of his Jeep, that were so generously donated by JBolty Jeff.
We removed the flares, ground the sharp edges, welded the edges of the fenders where they were cut for the flares, welded the two cuts where Jeff's tires hit and tore them, (yes, my welder DOES work. Who knew?)
We then ground down the welds smooth, sanded the fenders, and primered them. They are gunna' look nice when they are done. Thanks again Jeff.
Next he's gunna' pull the old crunched up fenders off, sand and primer the grill (had a chrome overlay if anyone is into bling), take the exhaust maniforld off and install the header, and re-assemble the front end.
He'd better hurry. The season starts next month. Lot's to do.
I finished my hitch receiver flag pole and flag yesterday. I was too lazy to do anything else after helping Rich.
I think he's doing orange with black for the colors. Can you say pumpkin?

I just got this message across the top of the forum screen....

Is it worth it? I'm not sure.
What is it like to not have it?
Will I be an outcast?
Will people point and laugh?
Will JF go bankrupt without my money?
Will I be bombed with advertisements and pop-ups?
Can I get the federal government to pay for it like a bail out?
Do you wish you had it if you don't?
Am I cool because I have it now?

Wrenching (compared to my car) is soo soo much easier when there isn't 20 years of rust on the bolts! The parts are on in half the time.
