In other news I got orders to Camp Lejeune NC. My last day in SD is Sep 30, so my time left is very limited. Its been great so far and hopefully we can plan a trip before I leave.
Well dang it Nate, good luck with the new location.

I have my kids that weekend. I think I'll bring their yerfdog and maybe thier quads so they can play around camp.
I don't have air conditioning in my camper, just a PlayCool swamp cooler. Hope it's not too hot.

SO let's get it lifted.. x2 on the Revelco, I had a LoJack on a car that was stolen a few years ago, I was fortunate that I saw driving away and called immediately, they got the guy when he got stuck in traffic at the border, two more minutes and it woulda been in ol'mehico. LoJack is nice, but by the time you realize it's gone it'll be in pieces somewhere.

Don't drink the water

Wow, that bites, I have some vague recollections of a weekend at redneck bar near Dixon

I'm getting frustrated with this lift. Going to Oggi's to eat pizza, wings and drink many beers.

I want to go. My kids are constantly asking me when we are going camping again.
Is that a good place to wheel, like Anza Borrego, where there is a lot to see?
Or is it more of a wheeling challenge type place?

Nate popped over for a few minute and we put this in.

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=98060

leak is gone.

Now we need to see if we can get his axle swap done before he leaves, and in time for a mid sept weekend.

1. SYE kit install
2. 8.8 install (axle needs brake parts)
3. XJ D30, fabricate perches and install
4. Shorten rear driveshaft

I think we can do it. When, next weekend or the one after?

That looks like a handy emergency trail fix type part. It fit well? Just that stopped the fluid, or did you tape it in?

I think I'm gunna' get one and keep it in my Jeep storage box. Never know when you're going to munch a d-shaft on the trail. I'll bet it's happened somewhere to somebody. Maybe not.

What is going on?? Cherokee lifts are not that difficult...Maybe this weekend (if your still installing it). Maybe you can help me with my Jeep party too (if I get the parts this week). I will keep you informed.
