JP,
(You should open a new thread in the technical forum to discuss this problem). I think it is unlikely that you blew the shocks. Unless fluid is leaking out, it is more likely that you have a loose bracket or bushing. OTOH, your Jeep is still under warranty, so take it to the dealer to be checked out.

Russ,

I do have a thread open, I was just asking "THE MAN" Jerry knows more than most people forgot...

I am Also doing a RE4.5 CV/Adj LCA/Adj TB weekend after next, so I was just checking all the welds for any breakage.

I did it.....

Well I bit the bullet.

Here is what I ordered today.

The Rubicon Express 4.5 lift with 3.5 inch springs

Here is what I got.

RE7000 w 3.5 springs
Upgraded to Adj Lower control arms
Shock relocation mounts
Transfer case Yoke (Rubicons don't need SYE)
Tom Woods CV driveshaft
Twin tube RE Shocks
TerraFlex Transfer case skid. (Tummy Tuck)
TerraFlex bracket for stock compressor.

Hopefully it will all be in by the weekend after next, so... who are my lucky volunteers for a wrenching party? Beer and Pizza or Beer and Steak

Seriously, I need one other body at least. I know MasterChief has volunteered but he is a ghost right now.

Merkur

I usually go out every weekend. So this weekend is no exception. I will be going somewhere on Saturday. It usually is right at the last minute we finally all come to a decision. So stand by... we will have something soon.

There is an ORW down there... Off of balboa? I think...

I order most of my gear over the Internet.

Local is expensive.

Ground,

After reading the install and checking the difference .5 of an inch better clearence with the Nth... I figured I would go with a skid half the cost made of the same material. Also, I have only heard of maybe 5 people with the new Nth degree kit I wanted so I decided not to be the guinee pig...

Wrenching will be a week from Saturday...

I am heading out to desert "THIS" Saturday, I will figure out where today.. unless somebody has suggestions..

Upper Coyote Canyon - Friday

I'd like to check out Upper Coyote Canyon tomorrow (Friday), but I don't want to try it alone. Anyone else able to go? Meet at the trailhead SE of Anza at 9:30 am.

If you don't like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk!
