As it stands either the 24th or the 25th the Hammers. Could be talked into wandering around Cougar Buttes. Not in the mood to swap tires and addomd fenders to go up to Big Bear, that's kinda my place to chase summer boredom, nothing there that's challenging for either Jeep.

Here's a hot mess of a trail narrative were gonna take. If you have a Big Bear sidekick map you'll follow along. If not oh well your loss. :P the pic was to big to upload onto JF whereas on WF it uploads fine. The blue on the right of the map is Big Bear lake. As a it sits the right of the map is east and the top is north. If you look near the left you will see a #26 (octagon shape) and a 3n16 marker. That's the start of the street legal graded road. We should meet Rrampley there and air down etc. Will take that trail north to the #25 and keep right staying on 3n16. FYI.... Look to the left and find the 3n34 marker and "crab flats." In between there is where I believe the standing water/river crossing is that is 3-4 feet deep in July with no rain. When we are on 3n16 heading to #24 that's where the poop happens. It's the main start to Holcomb and the large gatekeeper. When we go right onto 3n93 will head to the #21. I believe the by pass wrangler addict was referring to connecting the dots between #24-23 then head down and we all meet up at #21. Once we are all at #21 it's smooth sailing, only one other decent obstacle. When we get to #20 it tees off at another graded road. Will have a boat load of options from there. :anyotherdancingfood: :awesome:

No sh**. Plus no real feel of what your junk is doing either

Never TRUST a spotter only use them for reference. If you feel uncomfortable as is usually the case, get out and look for yourself. Gandhi himself said that while wheeling in AZ. Don't believe me, look it up!

Haha, where it gets real fun is when you have 3 or 4 self elected spotters all saying different stuff and pointing different directions. If you have a spotter you know you can trust stay focused his signals.

That's the truth. I always pick 1 person and tell him or her that I'm listen to them and ignoring the others. But choose carefully...
