Well, life happens. Unfortunately, it is starting to look like I'll be selling the XJ. I'm starting up over at UCSD and this thing is probably the world worst commuter vehicle ever.
This isn't 100% for sure yet but is looking more and more likely to happen.
Anyway, I have listed all the detailed specs below. The lift is less than a year old, never been wheeled and all under manufacturer warranty (I have all the receipts anyone would need to get something warranty replaced). The Super-Flex kit is one of the best you can buy because of the johnny-joint style control arm ends. The Jeep itself has dings and dents but is in decent shape overall. Mechanically, it has no known issues. Interior is in good shape, the AC and heater work perfectly as do all buttons for locks and windows.
I'm probably going to list it for $6,000. Do you all think that is reasonable/fair given the specs?
I also have a few other items that I may add to the deal to help push the sale or may just sell separately. Those are listed at the bottom.

I'll add to this list as I dig stuff out.
