I don't know what area you'll be staying at while you are here (let me know if you need a place to crash). We could do a M&G at my place, which is ~20 minutes from downtown.

Not a problem, just let us know exact days you're available and what part of town you're.

I don't know what part of town because he just moved recently. It's not going to be too far away from the naval base because he still has to go to work every day. I will have my little rental car because I don't wanna bring the Yj down and especially over the windy grapevine. I'm pretty excited to come visit as the last time I was down I spent all my time at the zoo.

My oldest son Rusty lives in I.B..

There's a cook-your-own-steak place called "IB Forum" at the corner of I.B. Blvd & Seacoast. Its basically ~500' south of the IB pier. Its kind of a sports bar type place with TV's, a full bar, and a grill so that you can cook your own steak if you choose to.

During the summer - for the chicks, thongs & flip flops are almost a requirement to get in.

I've just been informed that the move isn't going to happen by then and that Toronado on the 27th would be perfect.

I will be there. Olly olly oxen free.

Toronado is a decent place but parking in that neighborhood is non existant.

Many years ago when I was a truck driver I would get asked sometimes about the good places to eat. The answer was generally more about parking a 55' long trailer than the food.

Is that area a must? There are tons of bars but it's all really tight.

Blue Foot is close to there, parking is better but has no food.

Urbn Pizza is nearby and has a small lot in back, but is expensive.

I'm a San Diego bar expert. Asking me is like searching on Yelp
