It was definately a hard decison to make. But with 2 kids its time for 4door. Now the hard part is to find a cherokee or jk 4 door as nice as what I had.

You can get a nice used Cherokee for cheap and build the snot out of it for the dime you have from your TJ though. JK's are expensive! I thought about trading in the car for one and selling the TJ to throw money at the JK but I just cant justify buying something stock for 40+ thousand dollars and then throwing another 10+ at it just to beat it up. For 50k I'll buy a decent 15k truck/car/harley/boat/quad/ and build the crap out of a used 4x and not worry about car payments and interest.

Have this 8.8 sitting in my garage. Need it out of my garage.

Ready to go under a Jeep, minus the O.E. breather hole needing to be welded/plugged up. Currently has duct tape over it, lol.

I would like $850 for it. But will consider offers. Y'all know the story on it. Can't afford to throw anymore money at the Jeep. Need to get my debt paid down, and then I am going to do on a different route. Need it out ASAP.

Edit:

Need a rear axle with 373 gears to match my front. So if you have something that will work, maybe we can work something out.

What's the gearing on this 8.8?

I'm in the market for a tool box, a good one. I have two craftman full size roll a ways now. One of them is well over 30 years old and is top quality. The other is fairly new and is typical chinese made crap with bad sliders and sagging drawers.

I would like to find one with good quality drawers and rollers, old or new does not matter, for a super swinging deal. I'm in no hurry. Might seel the newer one or maybe keep it and use it for light weight stuff or seldom used tools.

keep your eyes peeled

Sears got all new tool storage in. Much pretty than previous ears. When I go in tomorrow I will check and see what I have for clearance boxes. I marked some stuff out for knock-out prices, but I believe they are all sold by now.
