Looking for a D30 out of a Grand Cherokee or TJ with 3.73 gearing. Just a basic axle, nothing fancy in it.

All about that unibody life.

Trying to find something I can just drop in, I don't want to have to fuss with transferring brackets and whatnot, but thanks for checkin around

Wtb: either hp30, lp44 or hp44 (preferably hp44) with 4.56 gears, preferably set up for a tj but wouldn't be a deal breaker if its not. Even if you don't have the exact gears or tj set up, I may be interested.

So you know - its a 10 minute job to weld on a replacement upper control arm bracket. That includes letting it cool down.

We replaced two of them yesterday, including removing the bushings and installing johnny joints. Easy stuff.

BTW: That D30 is missing more than just the knuckles & 1 upper if you look closely.

Anything missing on the axle, I imagine Tanner could swap over from the one that is under the GC. Maybe we will go pay a visit to see it on Thursday after we drop by Rik's place on Thursday.

I would tell the guy "It needs a lot of work, I'll give you $50 for it" He will either take it or counter with $75. I'm sure he's not getting a lot of offers on it.
So you have to spend an hour swapping parts onto it. How long were you having fun when you broke the last one? It's a labor of love anyway.

Maybe we will go look at it. If I can scoop it up cheap ill do it. As far as I know everything is still good on my D39, minus axle tube and shaft..

Oddly enough, all of them are spoken for. Sorry.

If I hear of something, I'll let you know. We come across axles ALOT.
