Can't make it, after all. "Previous engagement" this weekend. Thanks for the invite and I will definitely be in for the next one.

Might try to scrape up some Jeepers to head out the weekend of May 1st.

I hope we aren't camping next to any big cliffs with rocks hanging off them. They're still shaking down there.
Might be time to upgrade the roll cage in my Jeep just in case?

I have a shady spot all picked out for my tent.

You wouldn't have to worry about getting hit by a meteor.

OK fooooood.......

Friday....
You are on your own.

Saturday morning....
Breakfast burritos.
We bought a couple cartons of Egg Beaters. It say's one carton is equivalent to 16 eggs. So 32 eggs should be enough.
We also bought a bunch of sausage and flour tortillas, along with some hash browns (premade frozen).
So we need somebody to make some pico de gallo (salsa) and I'll bring some Tapatio (Mexican catsup).
Somebody wanna' make some fresh squeezed OJ?

Saturday lunch....
Pack your own lunch for the trail.

Saturday evening to go with Jeff's super turkey...
Betsy is making potato salad.
What are YOU making/bringing?

Saturday night around the campfire.....

Sunday morning.....
Chris has volunteered to make his "special breakfast burritos". Something to do with beans and eggs and hot stuff. Bring your Preparation H.

I will fit as much firewood as I can in the back of Richie's truck with the kids' quads.
Richie is using my trailer for his Jeep this trip, so I'm flat towing. Hopefully nobody breaks, but we have the trailer as a backup.

All I can think of for now.

I'm heading out tomorrow about 3, I'll post GPS coords of the actual spot once I get there.

Still planning on getting closer to the trails and try to avoid crazed quads

About the lockers...

Nothing in the rule book that says we have to run trails requiring lockers, don't let the lack thereof hold ya back.

Besides, we need to have someone to point at, laugh at and humiliate with pictures

excellent.

I have some freeze dried hash browns that are a lot easier to deal with than the frozen ones. Else, sounds like we are set to go. I have pancake mix too.

I'm looking for a cast iron waffle maker. Everyone keep your eyes peeled at yard sales.

I'm planning to head out noon-ish on friday.

Cast iron waffle maker? Like an electric one? I have a small electric one I keep in my camper. Make's two waffles about four inches square each.

So we'll leave our hash browns at home then.
