I got my TJ stolen a few months ago from UCSD (my son was borrowing it). It was seen entering Mexico an hour after the theft. But don't worry, I got it back and I bet you will too. Lately the insurance companies have been hiring people across the border to find and recover stolen vehicles. they found mine a day after it was taken. sadly though, it was stripped of all custom and expensive equipment/parts. Insurance rebuilt it for me.

This is how it looked before the theft ->
This is how it looked when it was recovered ->
This is how it looked when it was all done ->

Shampoo is better.

1997 Jeep TJ Stollen in Encinitas Recovered in Mexico
I was just notified that my Jeep, "HIS TJ" was recovered in Mexico. It has some damage but it doesn't sound too bad. Thank you all for keeping an eye out for it.
