I need a tow

I just posted this in the SD thread but thought I'd post it here too incase it got lost

Anybody have a tow truck, trailer or want to lend a hand in the next month or so? i need to get a 95 F250 from Temecula to my place? I'm getting it from a buddy of mine but it needs a little work to get it to move since its been parked forever. IE: fuel tank drained, injectors cleaned, brakes bled, etc. This will be my new daily/tow rig. Its pretty clean, has a 460, extended cab, 4x4 etc.

Anyways, i'll pay for time, gas labor, etc...just trying to save a few bucks before i call and get raped by a tow truck. much appreciated

Could always find a friend with AAA that has decent towing and use their account and get it towed for free

My truck will tow up to 8200#, if you can find a trailer with the matching brake connection.

Whats the truck weigh? I have a car hauler but that truck is pushing it's limits. I have hauled a 94 standard cab F250 with a 5.8 to big bear no problem. I also have a couple Super Duties but a jacked up schedule, either I am working 24/7 or I am off 24/7 depending on the week.

I am sure my trailer can handle it but it would be nice to know ahead of time. Do you have AAA with the 100 mile tow?

I'm sure I could....in fact, i know i could. Unfortunately its not an option. Dude is giving me the truck gratis but has requested it be towed away, not driven. He is more comfortable with that. Its a good friend of mine so I'll abide by his wishes

Thinking about doing this over the weekend but so far none of the rental trailers are long enough.

Wheelbase is 155", 5500#.

Any other ideas?
