Does anyone have a brake i could use?

I need to make one of these:

its a wheel kit for my porta-bote. lost one of them yesterday. its 1/4" aluminum. just a few bends.

this is the boat:

its pretty cool. 12' w/6hp Nissan marine. folds up to the size of a surf board and fits on the roof rack. picked it up off a buddy a few weeks ago. i blew some peoples minds on fiesta island yesterday haha

this person can help you out probably. . It was a boys bike but she bent the top tube to a girls.. Same angle you need by the looks of it.

If @ 1st you don't succeed, grind it, hammer it, weld it, drink a beer and try again.

Garage
I have some 3/8" thick angle iron that could be used as a brake with enough c clamps.
