Just like the last two I cannot make it either my guests are still here and planning on staying till tomorrow night. Rik knows how to get ahold of me if anyone needs parts or tools out there, I am close by. Good luck and have fun.

Were going to head up to Sawmill road near idlewild 2 jeeps and 2 Suks its a little more of a challange thik ill take the Yj and see if I can get stuck...

Well we did Sawmilll trail near Idlewild was going pretty good then we hit about 2-3 feet of snow. Had my YJ locked on 33s plowing the way that was fun. Had 2 suzukis one locked one open and a open TJ and an 09 Rubicon.

The Snow kicked the suzukis in the *** the open TJ had some issues and Mine and The rubicon went pretty good but after moving 3 fallen Trees and winching 3 jeeps up and around one bad off camber corner we turned around about 3:30. We had started about 10 am.

Good trip and alot of fun.

ugh i made it home i put a new alternator in at silverwood and it started right up optima yellow top ftw it was a 9 volts and started right up no hesitation

im trying to upload pics to photobucket but ites not letting me wtf

Glad you made it home OK Rick.
Man, you had a run of bad luck today. But it happens, no biggie. Those kinds of problems are acceptable.
Your missin, is to go bumper to bumper with a gallon of LockTite tho'.
Maybe just spray paint it on everything!

It was a great day. Nice weather. The views were fantastic around every turn, especially from the towers.
Seven Jeeps and one Avalanche. Joe's Avalanche probably had the smoothest ride for sure.
It was good to meet some new faces today. Hope to see you all again on future outings.

Good to hear you got her fixed. I guess the charge it got from my TJ gave it enough juice! I can't find my cable for my camera so I can't even upload my pictures to my computer.... Oh well. I'll get em up eventually.

It was great getting to meet you guys and get some wheeling in too. As has been said, Main Divide isn't much but a dirt road, especially since they closed off all the smaller trails. There wasn't too much in the way of challenging wheeling to that we got to run before we had to split up.

Me, my brother and the guys from Esco (still can't remember his name...!) headed up from Bedford and actually found some proper side trails! Some good climbs and drops. Some nice off comber stuff, some really steep stuff. Even found some MUD! We didn't make it up to Beeks Place as it was getting too dark. We made it up to Pleasant's Peak at about 4pm and decided to call it a day and headed back.
