I went and it was pretty gnarly when it first opened up. I wonder what has happened to now that more than a couple rigs and storms have been through it. My guess is it may have become fairly easier. Its in 3 sections and will make for a long day unless everyone has two lockers (not lsd's) and 33's. I think 35's a hard locker and an lsd would be about the same challenge as the 33's. I went with two guys, on 37s with two hard lockers, and it took us around 5 hours to do 911, the new trail, and bronco.

and where is it? There was a new trail or two opened up 2-3 years ago off gunslinger but, is the new one over near there?

I think it was 911A that was one of the new ones.

I helped build that trail, but never actually ran it. It didn't seem that bad to me, but I'm in an LJ rubicon on 33's, so.

Heck if I know. I would know it if I saw it though. There were a couple of spots that I really liked.

This would be from about that time and I'm pretty sure it's 911A or at least in that area. This trail is just sort of a curcle with 2-3 obstacles.

Yep; that's the one. Not a whole lot before the climb as I remember, but the views were nice, and the trail looks good. Not hard, just good.

So I took the wife and dogs out to Coral Canyon this past Sunday. Had two YJs with me, one of which was sitting on 31s, so we decided to run gunslinger, and then down bronco flats to perimeter road. 911A (Peacemaker) was the trail that I helped clear a few years ago. It must have been 2010 if memory serves. I usually run sidewinder to bronco peak to bronco flats when I go out there for a day run. This is the first time I've run gunslinger all the way through. Can anyone tell me the rating of the side trails that are connected to it. I saw scout, Winchester and diamondback. Normally I would have turned and said something like "cool, let's see what this is", but having the shorter YJ there I thought better of it.

Any info on these would be appreciated.

Dan
