Once the NTSB's done investigating it's always the pilot's fault

RIP to a fellow pilot. At least he died doing something he loved.

I don't know if it was this pilot, but heading out the I-8 E/B one day I saw it action. CHP had eight cars stopped on the freeway one time, and the plane was overhead.
